During this training or coaching session you will learn how to research customers needs, you will also learn the practical aspect of building a persona and map of customer experience. You will get to know how to design a value for a client and learn about prototypes of responsible products and services. You will answer questions such as: What? Why? How? How can I? which will help you to create a palette of new ideas for your product or service in compliance with Sustainable Development Goals.
