About me
I am an owner of a consulting company, an advisor, trainer and teacher. I have majored in planning studies, leadership psychology, public relations and CSR. I was an initiator and content manager of post diploma CSR Management studies as well as a co-creator of Mediaworking in Collegium da Vinci in Poznań. I have participated in works of the Working Group for Education and Promotion of CSR by the Ministry of Economy, Polish Chamber of Promotional Articles and Leaders Club CSR by Responsible Business Forum. Currently I prepare my PhD in Management Studies (with CSR as my major).
Normally I create strategies, training programmes and I conduct lectures for over 100 companies in Poland and abroad. I have conducted over 500 dialogue sessions for altogether over 5k participants. I cooperate with Boards of international companies, high and medium level management of the biggest enterprises in Poland, I advise family businesses, start-ups, NGOs and little, private enterprises. I support personal and business goals of my clients in 5 areas - CSR and sustainable development, ESG and socially responsible investments, employer and personal branding, management of customer’s experience and responsible selling, social and investment dialogue.
Solutions which have been supported by me were awarded multiple times in Poland and abroad, for instance the award for the first social report in the non-banking area, innovative programme of volunteer work for employees or responsible business strategy which was noticed by jury of European competition European Business Awards.
Privately I’m a no. 1 fan of my wife Marta, my son Jaś and daughter Zosia. I love trekking in all forms, mountain biking around Lago di Como, for the last 30 years I have been practicing judo passionately, I jump for joy which gives me 10k steps daily and every free moment I spend on camping. I am an optimist with a sense of humour that helps to build the world, I keep to my words, help others and step by step I make my dreams come true.

I have over 10 years of experience in the business consulting. Since 2015, I have been conducting international dialogue with stakeholders and building a sustainable development strategy for companies with Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Great Britain. Most often I support clients in:

Writing: It would be my pleasure to write about responsible business. I was the chief editor of the first in Greater Poland Voivodeship CSR quarterly newspaper and three business newspapers. I was an author for Onet,pl, Gazeta Finansowa or Daily Newspaper Metro.
