Using AgilePM methodology and Design Thinking approach I will define the so-called Employee Insights that are compliant with the signals of change from the market and I will create the concept of project for existing and new employees. I will define the project environment, plan the tasks, stages and roles within it, as well as the advice on how to strategically communicate it.
