Volkswagen Poznań is the biggest private employer in Greater Poland Voivodeship and the biggest commercial vehicle factory in Poland. In their 25 years of existence in Greater Poland Voivodeship the company has produced over 2,5 mln of vehicles and over 60 mln of molds. In four factories (Antoninek, Swarzędz, Września i Wilda) the company hires 10 000 people.

I was given the role of an advisor when the CSR Strategy was being updated in compliance with a global “TOGETHER-Strategy 2025” of Volkswagen Group.

CSR Report

I prepared the first ever in 30 years of Volkswagen Poland existence publication on the company's social responsibility.

Dialogue sessions with stakeholders

98% NGOs that participated in the dialogue sessions recommend the way of how those sessions had been conducted by me.
