1. Users give their data to www.whiteleaf.pl willingly.

2. Thinking about safety of given data, Partner has prepared internal procedures that were put in place to protect the privacy, safety and processing of User’s data to 3rd parties.

3. Under no circumstances will the Partner sell the data collected about the User to third parties.

4. If you have subscribed to the Partner's Newsletter or otherwise agreed to receive it, we will use the User's data to send it. You will be asked if you want to receive the Newsletter during registration.

5. Partner may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, based on existing legal regulations.

6. Site www.whiteleaf.pl obtains User’s data through

· Willingly given information for contacting purposes (name and surname, e-mail, as well as purpose of contact) which are valid also for e-mails and phone conversations. The terms of the Privacy Policy don’t give the Partner any right to your Personal Data except for the limited rights that enable him to provide the Services.

· Services do not automatically gather any information, except for the information contained in cookies (“Cookies”). Cookies are files that are stored on your computer or other devices on which you visit the Websites. They are created when you visit the Websites.

· The User may consent to the storage of Cookies from the Websites in the device using installed software settings used by her/him to browse the Websites. Users can change these settings for cookies anytime.

7. User who filled the contact form or any other way gave his personal data owns the right to check, verify or remove them. Removing them doesn’t impact the processing that took place before that moment. Users can move their data to other places or complain to supervisory authority.

8. Users' personal data are always processed according to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council entirely for the purpose of performing Partner’s services and according to the goals shown in the registration form.

9. Automatically connected data cannot be modified or deleted.

10. Partner doesn’t reveal Users’ data to any other parties as long as there is no legal requirement to do so or there is an appropriate contract made that will protect the User’s rights.

11. Data on Users of www.whiteleaf.pl Site as well as their preferences might be shown in statistics, however it must be made clear that all data are anonymous, and they don’t have any specifics that could be used for Users identification.

15. Partner is not responsible for using cooking mechanism if on www.whiteleaf.pl Site appear links to other places. Those sites work independently from Partner’s site and can have their own private politics that Users should read.

16. Information on what cookies are generating what type of activity on a Website (including User’s IP) are sent to Google. Those information are later used to rate the way how User is using the Webpage and to generate activity reports.

17. Information on User’s IP might be given to authority on their demand based on legal regulations.

18. In case of any changes in this policy, adequate modifications will be made public on www.whiteleaf.pl.
